ACCESS STATEMENT – THE PIGSTY

Our Policy on Access and Inclusion of Disabled and Older People.

Our intention is to ensure that all our guests, including those with disabilities and older people, have an enjoyable experience throughout their stay. We will work hard to make the property accessible to everyone, within the limitations of a traditional building. We welcome all guests and will do all we can to make your stay a happy one. Approach and outside property

The Pigsty has parking right outside the cottage. There is a step up at the front door.

Access implications for various groups of people

Guests with mobility limitations

The Pigsty has a single concrete step at the front door followed by a step over the threshold into the house.  All other rooms are on one level.  There is a bath in the ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Guests who are blind or partly-sighted

Visitor information is available in large print/CD/email text on request. Glan Alaw is well-lit throughout. Guide dogs and all other assistance dogs are welcome.

Guests with allergies

We allow no smoking on the premises
